About Compass Allied Health
Compass Allied Health is an exercise-focused allied health practice serving Frankston and the wider Mornington Peninsula, where accredited exercise physiologists and physiotherapists use structured movement to help people build strength, mobility and confidence. While the team works within a clinical, evidence-based framework, the day-to-day work is firmly hands-on training, guiding clients through tailored programs in the gym and the pool.
The practice runs its own gym space fitted out with free weights, a squat rack, cable and rowing equipment and boxing gear, and also delivers hydrotherapy through pool access. Programs are individually designed, often for people managing chronic conditions, recovering from injury or working toward specific goals such as returning to sport, with one-on-one coaching at the centre of the approach.
With strong support for NDIS participants and a focus on long-term, functional results, Compass suits anyone who wants more guidance than a standard gym offers, whether that means rebuilding after injury, managing a health condition, or simply learning to train safely and effectively under professional supervision.
