About Dulwich Hill Yoga Nook

Dulwich Hill Yoga Nook is a dedicated Iyengar yoga school in Sydney's inner west, founded by Linda Apps and staffed entirely by certified Iyengar teachers. The Nook is known for its peaceful, supportive environment and a generous use of props that helps students of all abilities work safely towards challenging poses.

Students describe it as the best yoga they have practised, praising the experienced, clever teaching that helps people move well, recover from injury and rebuild strength and agility. The encouragement from teachers and fellow students alike makes it feel as much a community as a studio.

The school runs on a term basis across roughly four terms a year, with classes for beginners through to advanced practitioners, plus restorative and active sessions, intensives, teacher training and private tuition. Both in-room and online options are available. For Dulwich Hill and inner-west locals wanting depth and care in their practice, the Yoga Nook is a thoughtful, well-established choice.
