About Gaia Yoga

Gaia Yoga is a welcoming home studio in Thornleigh on Sydney's Upper North Shore, offering yoga in an intimate setting that suits both newcomers and experienced practitioners. Classes follow a complete arc, beginning with centering and breath awareness, moving through warm-up stretches and posture work, and finishing with breathing practice and relaxation or meditation, so each session leaves you both worked and settled.

The studio brings real depth of specialisation alongside general practice. There is a strong focus on pre and post natal yoga, with postures modified to support clients through pregnancy, as well as dedicated experience teaching yoga to teenagers in Years 8 to 12, helping younger students with physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Small-group and one-on-one options mean instruction stays personal and attentive.

Props such as straps, blocks and blankets are provided, so you can simply turn up and practise. For Thornleigh locals after a calm, supportive and well-rounded yoga experience, whether you're expecting, guiding a teenager toward healthy habits, or simply building your own practice, Gaia Yoga offers a thoughtful and personal alternative to a larger commercial studio.
