About Kuring-gai Yoga
Kuring-gai Yoga is one of Sydney's longest-running yoga schools, established in 1978 and based at the Pymble Uniting Church on the upper north shore. Over more than four decades it has built a reputation as a friendly, inclusive school where students of every level and age are made to feel welcome, guided by a team of experienced teachers all accredited with the International Yoga Teachers Association and Yoga Australia.
The school offers a genuine breadth of practice, from traditional Hatha yoga that works with body, mind and breath, to gentle slow yoga for stillness, and a dedicated meditation circle for those wanting to build mindfulness skills. With classes running six days a week and a range of teaching styles on offer, students can find a pace and approach that suits them, whether they are easing in gently or deepening an established practice.
Regarded by many regulars as the best yoga they have found in Sydney, Kuring-gai Yoga combines a calm, supportive environment with deep teaching expertise. For Pymble locals and visitors from across Ku-ring-gai, it remains a trusted home for yoga and meditation.
