About Living Dreams Disability Services

Living Dreams Disability Services is a West End-based provider that brings allied health and active therapy together for people living with disability, in Brisbane's inner south. Founded by an exercise specialist, the team takes a comprehensive, person-centred approach that supports the whole family rather than treating each need in isolation.

Movement and fitness sit at the heart of what they do, with personal training, strength work, circuits and adaptive active therapy delivered alongside occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology and speech pathology. The result is a setting where physical training is woven into broader therapeutic goals, helping clients build capability, confidence and independence over time.

Families describe a team that meets them in moments of overwhelm and crisis and walks alongside them with genuine dedication, often revealing talents and abilities they had not seen before. With well-regarded facilities, group and social programs, and telehealth and mobile options, Living Dreams suits NDIS participants of all ages, including children and teens, who want supportive, multidisciplinary care grounded in real movement and progress.
