Masters Swimming Victoria (MSV)

Masters Swimming Victoria is the state body for adult swimming in Victoria, supporting a network of affiliated clubs and a calendar of events from its base at Albert Park. Built for swimmers of all abilities, it offers a structured pathway for adults to keep swimming, training and competing well beyond their school or junior years.

Members and visitors consistently rate it highly, with the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre regarded as one of the best places in the state for masters competition. The organisation runs everything from short and long course championships to long-distance, relay and open-water events, alongside postal swims that let members participate from their home pool. Endurance challenges such as the Endurance 1000 and Million Metres programs give swimmers ongoing goals to chase throughout the year.

Beyond competition, Masters Swimming Victoria helps adults find a local club through its Club Finder, supports new clubs through affiliation, and provides guidance on entering and hosting swim meets along with accredited coaching pathways.
