About Movement Project Adelaide

Movement Project Adelaide is a community-driven small-group training gym in North Plympton, where the focus is firmly on real people, real support and real results. Group sizes are capped at around ten so every member gets individual guidance, and the structured strength-based programming is designed to be measurable — so you can actually see yourself getting stronger over time.

The coaching team is the heart of the place. Members repeatedly single out head coach Jolien van Golde for fostering a genuine community and taking a real interest in people's lives and goals both in and out of the gym. The atmosphere is relaxed, supportive and welcoming, and members say they feel safe — both physically around injuries and personally — which makes it an approachable choice for people returning to exercise or trying structured strength training for the first time.

Set in an open, functional space with showers and a kitchen, the gym suits everyone from complete beginners to seasoned lifters, and members of all ages — including those in their fifties returning after time off. With a trial available to get started, Movement Project is a standout community gym for anyone in the western suburbs looking for support and lasting results.
