About Sweat Depot - Boxing/ MMA/ Strength & Conditioning HIIT

Sweat Depot is an Enoggera training space built to fill the gap between big commercial gyms and traditional martial arts clubs, combining boxing, MMA-style conditioning, strength work and high-intensity interval training under one roof. Located opposite Enoggera State School on South Pine Road, it has a tight-knit, community feel where members are pushed to reach their best in a genuinely supportive atmosphere.

The timetable spans intermediate-to-advanced Fight Fitness sessions, a beginner-friendly Back to Basics Boxing term program, and self-defence classes for the whole family, including ASD-friendly, inclusive kids sessions and women's and teen workshops. There is also an at-home online training option for those who want to keep moving away from the studio. Founder and lead instructor Erin is widely praised as an engaging, encouraging coach who makes even technical subjects like self-defence fun and accessible.

With casual, pay-as-you-go pricing rather than locked-in contracts, Sweat Depot suits people who want flexibility, from total beginners and kids through to fitter members chasing a hard, sweaty workout. If you are after boxing skills, functional strength, self-defence confidence or simply a welcoming place to train in Brisbane's north-west, this is a community-driven studio worth trying.
