About The Mumma Hub

The Mumma Hub is a wellness and movement studio in Kingston, Canberra, created specifically to support women through pregnancy and early motherhood. More than just a place to exercise, it is built around community, offering a safe and welcoming space where mums can move their bodies, learn and connect with others on the same journey.

The studio's heart is its pre- and post-natal yoga, with gentle prenatal sessions designed to support body and mind through pregnancy, and Mums & Bubs classes that help women rebuild strength, release tight areas and bond with their babies. Founder Amanda Jezek brings genuine knowledge of pregnancy, birth and the early stages of motherhood, and clients repeatedly describe her guidance as safe, supportive and empowering, even for those who have never practised yoga before.

What clients value most is the sense of belonging that grows here. Many extend their bookings term after term, drawn by the friendships and shared experience as much as the classes themselves. Alongside yoga, community workshops cover a range of motherhood topics, making The Mumma Hub a nurturing hub for women navigating one of life's biggest transitions.
