About UnityFitness

UnityFitness is an Adelaide group-fitness community built first and foremost as a safe, welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ people and anyone who wants to train without judgement. Founded out of a clear mission to use fitness to empower and inspire, it sets out to be the opposite of the traditional sporting environment, removing the pressure, the masculinity jokes and the fear of being excluded that can make so many spaces feel unsafe.

Sessions currently run outdoors around the Clarence Park and Unley area, blending bootcamps, weekly group classes, strength work and one-on-one coaching. Members describe an inclusive, encouraging atmosphere where form and technique are prioritised and everyone is pushed to their own limits in a genuinely supportive way. The recurring theme in their stories is that it feels like a community rather than just a gym.

For anyone who has felt out of place in conventional fitness settings, UnityFitness offers a rare combination of real training and real belonging. With ambitions to grow into an indoor facility, it remains focused on connection, safety and helping people show up as themselves while getting fitter and stronger together.
