About D.F. Exercise Science
D.F. Exercise Science is a results-focused strength and rehabilitation studio in Daisy Hill, built around the idea that smart, evidence-based coaching belongs at the centre of every fitness journey. Rather than a crowded gym floor, it offers a considered, one-on-one environment where training is tailored to the individual and progress is tracked closely week to week.
The studio blends clinical knowledge with practical coaching, drawing on exercise science to help clients build strength, move better and recover from injury. Members frequently describe genuinely understanding their programs for the first time, with clear explanations and routines that fit around busy lives. It has become a trusted destination for people navigating injury recovery, including long-standing shoulder, knee and rotator cuff issues, as well as those simply wanting a structured start to training.
With soft-tissue therapy and reformer Pilates available alongside personalised strength programming, D.F. Exercise Science positions itself as a place where rehabilitation and performance meet. The emphasis is on doing things properly, reducing the risk of future injury, and helping people of all backgrounds train with confidence in the Daisy Hill area.
