About Eastern Suburbs Little Athletics

Eastern Suburbs Little Athletics Centre (ESLAC) is a community athletics club based at ES Marks Athletic Field in Moore Park, carrying on a long tradition of youth track and field in Sydney's eastern suburbs. The centre introduces children to the foundations of running, jumping and throwing in a supportive, encouraging environment built around fun, friendship and participation.

Catering to boys and girls from around four through to seventeen, ESLAC structures its program by age group, so that the youngest Tiny Tots develop basic movement skills while older athletes progress toward more competitive events. The Friday night competition season runs across the warmer months, with electronic timing and online results helping young athletes track their personal bests and celebrate improvement week to week.

The club is well suited to families wanting their children to stay active, build confidence and develop fundamental athletic skills across a broad range of track and field disciplines. With coaches and age managers guiding warm-ups and events, and parent volunteers helping things run smoothly, ESLAC offers a welcoming introduction to organised athletics for children of all abilities in the Moore Park area.
