About Soul 365

Soul 365 is a strength-and-conditioning gym in the heart of Adelaide, just off Elizabeth Street, built around coaching, technique and a genuinely welcoming community. Members consistently describe it as a breath of fresh air in the city's fitness scene: a place where you are pushed hard but never at the expense of good form or respect for where your body is at.

The gym blends functional training, Olympic lifting, gymnastics and conditioning under the guidance of an experienced coaching team, making it as suited to first-timers learning the basics as to competitive athletes chasing performance. The atmosphere is inclusive and ego-free, with coaches who take the time to explain movements and help members build real skills.

With an on-site cafe and a friendly, tight-knit crowd, Soul 365 functions as much as a community hub as a training facility. Whether you are dropping in for a single session or settling into a regular routine, the focus stays on getting fitter, stronger and more capable in a supportive environment.
