About TAEKWONDO - Broadview - World Taekwondo Oriental Sports Academy

World Taekwondo Oriental Sports Academy has taught martial arts across Adelaide since 1996, and its Broadview centre carries that experience into the city's northern suburbs. Co-founded and directed by Grand Master Wahid Halimee and Master Carol Halimee, the academy blends authentic taekwondo instruction with a strong emphasis on respect, confidence and personal growth.

Classes are structured by age group, from fun, structured sessions for younger children through to high-energy training for youth and adults, plus dedicated Hapkido and self-defence work. Students build coordination, strength and agility alongside the academy's core principles of mental sharpness, practical self-defence and physical resilience.

Parents consistently highlight the patient, engaging instruction and the way classes help children set and achieve goals as they work towards each new belt. With a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes all ages and abilities, the Broadview centre is a great fit for families and individuals wanting to start taekwondo close to home.
